WBB Gig Taxes
WBB Gig Taxes is a mobile app designed for gig economy workers — freelancers, delivery partners, and independent contractors — who need a simple, guided way to file their taxes without an accountant. I designed the complete end-to-end mobile experience: onboarding and signup, income and expense information collection, document upload flows, a multi-step review process, e-signature, and final filing. The challenge was simplifying a complex, anxiety-inducing process into a clear step-by-step mobile journey that any gig worker could follow confidently.

Designed a structured review stepper that lets users verify their information before filing, with a built-in e-signature flow that builds confidence at the final submission step.
